Minimum Order and Delivery Charge

Minimum order: £0.00

The delivery charge is to contribute towards the cost of packing and delivering the food to your door. It varies according to the location and the value of your order.

UK mainland:

For orders up to a value of £40.00, there is a £5.00 delivery charge.
For orders up to a value of £80.00, there is an £7.50 delivery charge.
For orders up to a value of £120.00, there is a £10.00 delivery charge.
For larger orders, please contact us before placing your order.

Rest of UK:

In addition to the charges that apply to UK mainland, orders with a delivery address to the rest of the UK (Channel Islands, Northern Island, Isle of Wight...) will be subject to a £12.50 surcharge. We do not make any money on this surcharge, this is the price that we have to pay to the delivery company. Please allow an additional 5 working days for delivery.

International delivery:

At present we do not deliver outside the UK. If you wish to be informed when we do then send us an email and we will contact you as soon as the service becomes available.

Cancellations and Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may ask for an exchange or a refund within 14 days of receipt. The goods must be returned to us in the same condition as supplied to you. The postage and packing charges are not refundable. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Claims for breakages must be made via our online form. Claims must be made as soon as the order is received and no later than within 5 days of receipt. Once an order is placed it can only be cancelled if it has not be despatched.

We accept payment by credit card and debit card. Authorisation and payment are taken at the time of placing your order. In the unlikely event of a product being unsatisfactory, please go to our online form to send us details of your complaint, stating your order number, the product description and the reason for the return. We will email you back with a returns merchandise authorisation.
